my son

I have a son at the age of 10 and he has stage 5. He is a ative boy with adha and i'm concerned of what to whatch for. I'm brokenhearted to know he has this to be concerned about. I havent told him of what is going on and do i need too? It's scary to know that at such a young age that it may keep him from being such a child. If there is anyone that can help me understand what to do and how to coupe with this i really need support. He already has enough worries.
